Hi! I’m Coach Josh. I began my swimming journey in 2009, competing in summer league and gaining experience across multiple teams before finishing my senior year with the Oak Ridge North Otters. I attended Oak Ridge High School, where I served as Captain of the Varsity Swim Team and was also a member of the Men’s Water Polo Team.
I returned to the Otters as a coach in 2024 and have loved every season since. I’ve also coached at Fins Swim School, where I developed strong leadership skills and gained valuable experience that I’m excited to bring back to the Otters program.
I’m passionate about helping swimmers grow in their skills, build confidence, and enjoy being part of a team. Whether it’s working on technique or celebrating big race moments, I love being part of each swimmer’s progress.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy playing video games like Mario Kart and Pokémon, staying active with sports, and taking relaxing vacations. A fun fact about me: I’m currently training for an Ironman with the goal of competing in 2027! After a long, hot day at the pool, my go-to is a refreshing cherry limeade from Sonic.
Hi! I’m Coach Victoria. I have over a decade of competitive swimming experience, and I’m excited to be back for my third year coaching the Oak Ridge Otters. I swam with TWST for six years and spent 11 years competing with the Otters, so this team has played a huge role in my swimming journey.
In high school, I was a four-year varsity swimmer at Oak Ridge High School, where I continued to grow both as an athlete and a teammate. Now, I love helping swimmers build confidence in the water, get excited about the sport, and discover the fun and competitive spirit that make swimming so rewarding.
Outside of the pool, I’m pursuing a career in Medical Dosimetry, where I hope to contribute to cancer treatment and make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
I’m so excited for another great season with the Otters!
Hello! I’m Coach Carson, and this will be my third year coaching the Otters and my 13th year as part of the team. The Otters have been a huge part of my life growing up, so it’s really special to now be back on deck as a coach and give back to a program that means so much to me.
I’m currently entering my senior year at Eastern Illinois University, where I study Exercise Science and compete as a Division I swimmer. Being a collegiate athlete has taught me so much about discipline, teamwork, and pushing through challenges—lessons I love sharing with our swimmers.
My goal this season is to help each swimmer grow in their skills, build confidence in the water, and most importantly, have fun being part of a team. Whether it’s a swimmer’s first season or their last, I’m excited to support them and celebrate their progress along the way.
I’m so excited to be back with the Otters and looking forward to a fun, successful season!
Hi! I’m Coach Jozzy. I began swimming with the Otters in 2010 and continued my athletic career at Grand Oaks High School, where I served as Captain and MVP of the Varsity Swim Team. I was also a member of the school’s inaugural Water Polo Team, which helped grow my love for being in and around the water.
I currently serve as the Head Coach of the Lone Star College Volleyball Team, where I focus on developing both individual athletes and a strong, supportive team culture. Coaching has given me the opportunity to pour into athletes in a meaningful way, and I love helping them grow both in and out of their sport.
I’m so excited to be back with the Otters and give back to the program that helped shape me into the athlete and leader I am today. I’m passionate about helping swimmers build confidence, develop a strong work ethic, and most importantly, enjoy being part of a team.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy watching superhero movies, staying active, and traveling. Fun fact: I’ve visited three different Disneylands around the world! After a hot summer practice, you can usually find me at Sonic grabbing a cold drink or at Raising Cane’s for some buttery Texas toast.
