Hi Otter Families,

Tomorrow is the day—Time Trials are here! 🏊♂️💙

We are so excited to officially kick off the season and see all of our swimmers in action. This is where we get those all-important starting times and begin building momentum for an amazing season ahead.

A few important reminders as you prepare for tomorrow:

Please arrive early and ready to go so we can keep things running smoothly. Swimmer and volunteer check-in begins at 6:45 AM. Swimmers should come prepared with everything they need—suit, goggles, towel, cap, and plenty of snacks and water.

We are still in need of Timers, Scribes, and Concession Workers for the second half of the meet, so if you’re able to jump in, this is a great opportunity to earn volunteer hours. It truly takes all of us working together to make this happen.

Parking will be limited, so please plan ahead. Use the main parking areas or the lot off the I-45 North feeder. The dirt Otter lot will be reserved.

For safety reasons, swimmers must stay off the playground during the meet to avoid injuries and ensure they don’t miss their events.

Canopy Reminder: Canopies may be placed inside the gate on grassy areas or under the trees. They are not allowed behind the blocks or on the pool deck. Canopies also cannot be set up on Friday before the meet due to weather and liability considerations. 

Pavilion Use: For this meet only, the pavilion (normally reserved for the away team) will be available for our Otter families to use.

Most importantly, come ready to cheer loud, support one another, and enjoy watching these kids do what they’ve been working so hard for.
