Hi Otter Families,

IT’S HERE!!! 🎉 Our first dual meet of the season is this Saturday, May 9th, and we’re heading to take on the Conroe Rattlesnakes! 

Before we get there—we need everyone to take care of one VERY important step:

🚨 Swimmer Declarations DUE Wednesday by 8:00 PM 🚨
All swimmers MUST be declared by this deadline.

• If your swimmer is not declared, they will be marked as not swimming
• We will not be able to follow up individually, so please take a minute and GO IN NOW to declare your swimmers
• If you already know your family’s schedule for the rest of the season, go ahead and declare for those meets too while you're there!

Now onto meet day details:

Location:
1205 Candy Cane Lane
Conroe, TX 77301

Setup Info:

• Away team (that’s us!) will set up on the north side of the parking lot (Blue area after the circle drive)
• The home team will be in the circle drive and south side of the lot
• Bring your tents, chairs, and all the swim meet essentials—we’re setting up Otter style! 🐾

Meet Day Timeline:

• Swimmer & Volunteer Check-In: 6:45 AM
• Meet Start Time: 8:00 AM
• If all goes smoothly, we’re aiming to wrap up around 12:00 PM 

We are SO excited to kick off the season and see our Otters in action—this is what it’s all about! Get ready for cheering, racing, a little chaos, and a whole lot of fun.

A Few Quick Notes:

• I’ve asked about parking details and will send a follow-up email on Thursday with that information (and anything else that pops up this week!)
• Domino’s Pizza Fundraiser info is coming NEXT week—we’re just finalizing a few details
