Hey Parents! We've gotten more information for Trinity, so I'm passing along all the important details. Please let me know if you have any questions.

OTTERS COACHES who will be at this meet: Coach Josh, Coach Victoria, and Coach Jozzy. (Coach Carson will be at Ponderosa). Please check in with the coaches and reach out if your swimmer needs to be scratched or replaced in a relay. Check In will be AT WARMUP. Meet coaches in designated warm up lanes (see below) and they will mark all present swimmers.

• Timelines - Reminder that these are estimated timelines. The meet ref will do his best to stay close to the timelines and not go too far ahead but we could be 10-15 minutes ahead. 

WARM UPS:

SATURDAY (10U Swimmers Only) East Pool, Ln 7. 6:30-7:00am

SUNDAY (11 & Up Swimmers) East Pool, Lns 7 & 8, 7:00-7:30

• The last 10 minutes of each warmup session, we have designated lanes to give teams access to dive blocks. 
  • Saturday: Lanes W 7 & W 8
  • Sunday: Lanes W 7 & 8 AND East Side 7 & 8 
  • For safety, please be sure to adhere to the direction of dive lanes.
• Please reiterate with swimmers that there is no diving in the warm-up pool and that only the first few lanes are open during the meet. Lanes that are blocked off shall remain closed.

VOLUNTEER SHIFTS: We have been assigned 6 SCRIBE Positions, 2 on Saturday, and 4 on Sunday. I've attached the Sign Up Genius provided by meet hosts and have added the jobs to the meet on the schedule on our website. Please sign up on BOTH -- one so the meet hosts know the positions have been filled, and our's so that you get your volunteer credit.

OTHER:

GLASS WALL:

There is absolutely no leaning against, leaning over, climbing or standing idle at or on the glass wall across the spectator area.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO photography behind the blocks of the competition area whether at the area across from concessions or from the glass wall in the lobby/bathroom areas. All persons with phones in this area will be asked to put phones away.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

During inclement weather, the meet will continue as the natatorium pool is grounded. Spectators sitting outside will be asked to relocate to vehicles outside the facility to allow swimmers, coaches, and meet personnel to remain indoors and to continue with the meet.
