We've gotten more information from Ponderosa, so I'm passing along the important details. Please let me know if you have any questions!
Coach Carson will be at this meet. If you need to reach him, his number is 832-631-0480.
There will not be an official check-in; just meet Coach Carson at warm ups, let him know you're there, and if you can't be there, text or call asap.

OTHER (directly from Ponderosa Organizers)
SEATING:
- As always, we will reserve the first portion of the spectator seating directly across from the diving well for swimmers to be able to set up inside rather than staying outside. Swimmers must bring towels and shoes to the deck to go up in the lobby or seating area. This rule shall be enforced for the safety of everyone as the floors get very slippery when they are wet.
- Remind parents there shall be NO STADIUM SEATS in the area designated for come-and-go seating which is the spectating area directly across from the competition pool. It is to watch their swimmer race, then move out of the area to allow other parents the opportunity to watch their swimmer. Any parents found to not adhere to this policy, will be asked to relocate.
- Stadium seats will be allowed in the sections between the come-and-go seating and the designated swimmer overflow seating in the upper deck.
GLASS WALL:
There is absolutely no leaning against, leaning over, climbing or standing idle at or on the glass wall across the spectator area.
There is no standing behind the glass wall across from concessions. This area shall remain clear of spectators to allow flow of traffic.
And there is ABSOLUTELY NO photography behind the blocks of the competition area whether at the area across from concessions or from the glass wall in the lobby/bathroom areas. All persons with phones in this area will be asked to put phones away.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
During inclement weather, the meet will continue as the CyFair natatorium pool is grounded. Spectators will be asked to relocate to vehicles outside the facility to allow swimmers, coaches, and meet personnel to remain indoors and to continue with the meet.
We ask that you remind parents of this procedure.
Thank you all! And good luck!
I'll let you know if there are any other updates sent our way.
Ali
